Interested in joining the Texas A&M IHSA Equestrian Team? Then you are in the right place! Please read all the information on this page and fill out everything needed for tryouts. If you have any questions, please email us at aggieihsa@gmail.com.

The tryout application for the '25-'26 season is open! Please fill out the application below and email the completed form to aggieihsa@gmail.com. Applications are due on Friday, August 8th. To stay connected, go to our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok! We cannot wait to see everyone soon! 

Interviews are required.  New and returning members must sign up for an in-person slot. Click the button below and schedule an interview that works best with your schedule. If none of the times work for you, please email aggieihsa@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can reschedule.

Payment is required when you arrive at tryouts. The new member tryout fee is $30, and the returning member tryout fee is $12. Please bring cash or a check or be able to pay online via Flywire. If paying with a check, please make it out to AggieEqIHSA. 

A completed physical is required to try out. If you cannot get a physical, please see the bottom of the page and download all the necessary forms. Email filled out forms to aggieihsa@gmail.com. If you cannot fill them out, we will have some blank printed documents at tryouts.

On August 13th, you will receive an email about your tryout group. This will include a description of how tryouts will work, as well as what day and time your slot will be. Please be prepared to arrive 30 minutes before your start time.
